TIPS TO REDUCE WEIGHT

  1. Drink plenty of water a day
  2. Just do yoga or exercise or walking a few minutes in early morning
  3. Try to be cool and do not develop stress
  4. Eat a lots of fruits instead of snacks
  5. Eat only when you are hungry
  6. Add more fiber content in food
  7. Do not take any tablets or medicine to become slim
  8. Avoid eating fast foods and junk foods even its difficult to do
  9. Avoid sleeping at afternoon after eating
  10. Avoid laziness
  11. Say daily in mind that you are going to become slim
