  • Work hard which makes sweat to come out. 
  • Drink more water.
  • Use natural creams or lotions for your face.
  • Avoid watching TV for more hours. 
  • Eat little. 
  • Do yoga and meditation. 
  • These steps not only prevent pimples but also help you to live long.
