- When you go out please wear cotton dresses as it absorbs the sweat.
- Bring umbrella or wear cap.
- Bring water or juice with you.
- Avoid eating spicy foods instead you can have some fresh juices it may costs but it cools your body.
- Since this is the season for water melon,you can have more water melon( 0% fat)
- Avoid heavy meals instead have the habit of eating more fruits.Since fruits have rich content both for your health and skin.
- Dont wear black dresses.You might have read in physics.As it absorbs more heat towards it.
- Use sun cream under the supervision of doctors.
- Bring hand kerchief or small piece of cloth with to wipe your sweat.
- Drink more buttermilk,raggi drink and coconut water.
- Coconut water(fat-free) is the best thing to have it this summer and it prevents diseases like chicken pox,small pox etc.,

- Dont eat too much of eating ice-creams(I can feel you but it affects your health).

- If you have open terrace at home,you can pour some water on terrace at evening to reduce heat on open floors.You may feel the difference.
- Wear sun glasses while you go out.
- Plant more trees around your home.
- Aware your friends and neighbours about the climatic changes and conduct awareness campaign with your friends and neighbours.
- If you dont have fridge fill the mud pot with water inside and use it.It will have good taste and will be like fridge water.
- Buy some lemons and make juice(salt or sweet) and serve to your family members.
