How can you capture a screenshot of desktop Screen?

The Screenshot is nothing but snapshot of desktop screen.You need this screenshot for your project documentation work or practical lab work.If you want to capture the screen,Press Prt Scr/Print Screen Key on right top of your keyboard.Then go to Start Menu->All Programs->Accessories->Paint and paste(Ctrl+V) on Paint.If you need some change on screenshot,you can edit with the help of paint tools.Now you can save this file with the different extensions(.bmp,.dib,.JPG,.JPEG,.JPE,.JFIF,.GIF,.TIF,.TIFF.,.PNG) with your desirable name.Even you can paste it directly where you want your screenshot to be appear on MS Word,Wordpad(If you dont need any changes)
