How to look fresh and good

_Drink 2 and half liters of water every day

_do not use any cosmetics , use only natural products regularly

_eat a lot of fruits instead of junk food

_ruduce your stress

_try to be cool

_wash face many times

_keep doing yoga or meditation or exercise

_give equal importance to each and every part of the body your eyes , fingers , neck etc keep it clean
