You can increase your browsing speed by simple tuning.This will increase the speed by 20%. Click the start menu and type 'gpedit.msc' in the run box. Select "Administrative Templates" from that window. Now click on the "Network" tab.Then choose "Qos Packet Scheduler".Now click "Limit Reservable Bandwith". Then make a tick in "Enabled" box. Then change the size of the bandwidth as 0%. Click "Apply".Then operate your computer. Now youcan feel the difference in the browsing speed. If not make sure that you are using a xp professional OS. If you wish to revert the settings made above just follow the same steps as above and unmark the tick on "Limit reservable Bandwidth".
