Sometimes we wrongly type our pin code or some kids may have pressed our pin code wrongly and block our sim. When this happens you must know your balance of your mobile, when have you recharged lastly or any booster pack and your sim card number. Now call your costumer care number and say these things , they will say you the PUK code . so finally you got your sim back :-)
