Beautiful skin even in summer:

Exfoliating and moisturizing
•Sun, sweat, and sunscreen only increase the amount of dead skin cell that build up on your face and body.
•Exfoliation removes dead skin so your moisturizer can reach deep within.
Sun and Aging:
Sun rays speed up the aging process by causing damage to the collagen structure that supports the skin.
If the skin is not well moisturized the collagen structure becomes more susceptible to damage.
So you use a moisturizer and keep those lines away.
Summers and Moisturisers:
•The summer heat combined with the harmful UV radiation and pollution saps the moisture from your skin and thus your skin can loses its nature glow.
•Also when you don’t moisturize your skin produces excess sebum to form a protective greasy layer on your skin.
•But this naturally produced sebum can clog your pores and make it difficult for your skin to breathe, thus making your skin look dull.
Eat Right:
•The summer season calls for altering your dietary requirements to retain the moisture content in the skin.
•Drink plenty of fluids, especially water, during the day.
•Include fresh fruits, sugar-free fruit juices, skimmed milk, yoghurt, muesli, grilled fish, chicken, brown rice, etc., in your diet. Go green, have ample of salads, green leafy vegetables and boiled vegetables.
